It’s an advanced video collaboration bar designed for small and medium collaboration spaces. You can use technologies like Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams. The plus is the camera’s audio tracking function automatically focuses on the person speaking!

We're excited to provide lunch for everyone, but please be aware that the format (seated or walking) may differ depending on your occupation on site. We want to make sure that everyone's needs are met, so we've tailored the lunch accordingly. Are you planning an event for more than 80 people? Please consider we will organize a walking lunch.
To ensure that everyone is accommodated and has an enjoyable experience, we organize two lunch shifts for your event. The first shift will begin at 12pm and the second shift will begin at 1.15pm.
It is common for breakfast and lunch to be served in the lobby and restaurant areas, where guests can enjoy their meals.
We believe we offer the best food experience by having lunch in the restaurant. Don’t you want to have a break from your working session? Leave the reflexion area and take the time to connect and relax with your colleagues while enjoying the lunch. Trust us, it's worth it.
That being said, only little snacks and drinks in coffee corners are allowed in the room, that’s for your best!

Our opening hours are from 9 am until 6 pm. We kindly request organizers not to come earlier than 8 am, as the team is preparing the venue for your event. Still want to have an early bird pass? Deal, we just request an additional fee.

The best suitable option is located a few minutes away in the InterParking Albertine. Having an event during the whole day? We have discount tickets available on site (7€ discount).
We accept a few bikes inside our venue. Do you plan to have more than 5 bikers coming on your event? Please notify the team and we will make sure to find a safe place.
Not until you have asked for it! Sparks has shared spaces where other groups can meet. Are you looking for a private event space for your team or event? Please mention it to our team to get the privatisation details!
Absolutely ! Before making a delivery, please let us know beforehand and deliver your parcel at Sparks Meeting – Rue Ravenstein 60 – 1000 Brussels. We will keep it safe until your d-day ! Just keep in mind, anything that's been delivered needs to be taken out by the end of the day, and sorry, but we can't handle any returns for you.
Our open space such as lobby, restaurant and coffee corners are suitable for a quick call. If you already know in advance that your team will be busy with calls, don’t hesitate to book an extra room to make them feel comfortable!
