You will join a close-knit team of Meeting Coordinators and an Operational Leader, forming the beating heart of Sparks and owning the full day-to-day guest experience. At Sparks, hospitality is not a buzzword, it’s a mindset. You don’t simply manage meetings. You host people, anticipate needs and orchestrate seamless experiences where every detail matters. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality DNA, solid event or MICE experience, and the ability to combine warmth, rigor and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome, host and support guests with a premium hospitality mindset
Advise and assist clients throughout their entire journey at Sparks
Prepare and deliver state-of-the-art room setups
Host and coordinate meetings, workshops and corporate events
Manage and coordinate catering services, ensuring quality, timing and service excellence
Coordinate AV and technical service providers before and during events
Act as the main operational point of contact for external partners
Centralize, plan and manage multiple event agendas with a rational, structured and efficient approach
Anticipate operational constraints and ensure smooth flow between simultaneous events
Support the sales team in close collaboration with Business Managers

About you

You have a strong hospitality mindset and genuinely enjoy taking care of people
You ideally have experience in events, MICE, hospitality or premium service environments
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Naturally social, service-oriented and people-focused
Highly structured, rational and organized, able to manage multiple events and priorities
Comfortable coordinating external partners and service providers
You embrace a work hard, play hard mindset, combining commitment, energy and team spirit
You are eager to grow fast, take on responsibility and evolve within a scaling organization
A hands-on team player who can also work independently
Calm under pressure, solution-oriented and reliable
